Your choice of Fiberglass (or non-corrosive metal) grating presumes a hostile environment. In these applications, drilling the steel (and penetrating coatings) is totally inappropriate and counter-productive. Fasten your grating with the suitable model of Grate-Fast Model FG.

GRATE-FAST Model F-G #1

• Bracket of 14 gauge 304 stainless steel with one offset wing to fit spacing  between bars of 5/8" to 1 3/8".
• 302 Stainless steel screw to accommodate up to 1 3/4" of grating depth.
• Malleable cast iron body - galvanized.

GRATE-FAST Model F-G #2

• Bracket of 14 gauge 304 stainless steel without turn-down on ends to sit flush on wide bargrating
• Bolt & body are the same as Model #1

GRATE-FAST Model F-G #3 (316 stainless)

• Bracket profile is same as G-F F-G #1
• 316 stainless steel 16 gauge bracket
• 316 stainless steel bolt to accommodate grating depth to 2".
• Malleable iron cast body - galvanized

GRATE-FAST Model F-G #4 (316 stainless)

• Bracket profile is same as G-F F-G #2. For wide bar grating
• 316 stainless steel 16 gauge bracket
