FLOOR-FAST SPECIFICATIONS
1. FloorFast castings made in malleable iron to DIN 1692. Corresponding to ANSI/ASTM A-47-84-32510, tapped for a 1/2" countersunk flat socket cap screw.
2. Cap screw corresponds to ANSI B18.3 1976.
3. Galvanizing to ASTM Specification B695 Class 50.
4. Weight per 100 units 34 lbs.

The standard FloorFast will fit steelwork flanges from 3/16" to 5/8" thickness. If thicker flanges are encountered, additional packing washers can be furnished by Struct-Fast.

INSTALLATION

STEP 1
Position Lindapter Floorfast on underside of floorplate with stepped surface facing inwards and the straight edge of the web parallel to the edge of the plate, facing in the direction of the steelwork to be connected to. Hand tighten the Floorfast, then raise the floorplate and lay it into position. The Floorfast units will give a positional reference. STEP 2
Using a hexagon key release the countersunk screw one full turn.
STEP 3
Tighten down the countersunk socket screw.
